• •Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy
• •Prices may change with reasonable notice to subscribers
• •All payments are processed securely through Stripe

You agree not to:

• •Share, resell, or redistribute our predictions without authorization
• •Use automated systems to scrape or access our platform
• •Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or promotional programs
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer our prediction algorithms
• •Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PremoTIPS, including but not limited to our AI algorithms, predictions, analysis, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of PremoTIPS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PremoTIPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
